SilverSneakers Chair-Yoga now at senior center

FALLBROOK – Starting Friday, Feb. 6, SilverSneakers Chair-Yoga classes will be offered at the Fallbrook Senior Center. Classes will be held on Fridays at 10:30 a.m., with local yoga instructor Sandra Buckingham.

These classes are free to those who have SilverSneakers benefits available through their Medicare health plan. For those not eligible, a $5 donation is requested. Fallbrook Senior Center membership dues are $15 per year.
