Win big with county library’s art contest

SAN DIEGO COUNTY – San Diego County Library is kicking off its annual Summer Reading Challenge a bit early with an art contest for all ages. The contest runs Feb. 1 to March 15 and encourages all ages to illustrate this year’s summer reading theme: Read to the Rhythm.

The contest challenges readers to show how music inspires them, and how they experience music at the library whether it’s by singing at story time, attending concerts, or reading up on their favorite rock star.
