Durbin, Navarro, Stephens named USA Rugby all-Americans

Fallbrook High School rugby players Lilly Durbin, Michel Navarro, and Richelle Stephens were selected as USA Rugby high school all-Americans for the purpose of representing the all-Americans at the Las Vegas Invitational tournament Feb. 12 and 13.

The 24 total girls on the team will be split into two teams for a seven-a-side tournament which will involve six other teams in the High School Girls Elite Sevens division.

“I think it’s awesome. I think they technically deserve it. I think they’ll lead those teams well,” said Fallbrook Rugby Club co-coach Marin Pinnell.
