Gary Sinise Foundation to contract new home for injured Marine
An injured Marine Corps veteran will receive a newly-constructed home in Fallbrook, thanks to the efforts of the Gary Sinise Foundation.
A groundbreaking ceremony was held Tuesday, Jan. 27 to celebrate the occasion with Staff Sgt. Jason Ross at his future home site on Ramona Drive in Fallbrook. Ross, a native of Livermore, Calif., and graduate of Granada High School, joined the Marine Corps in 2001. After returning from a tour in Japan in 2004, he re-enlisted and specialized in a new field – explosive ordnance disposal (EOD).
