New refuse cans are hard to manage

The new refuse containers issued for yard waste are hard to manage.

While I can understand the need to simplify trash pick up, My husband and I, plus many neighbors (who, for the record, are over 60) live on parcels of land that are two-plus acres each. The three allowed containers are too difficult to handle.
