Free Celtic concert at Fallbrook Library

FALLBROOK – The "Clachan Boys" (a division of the "Highland Way") will present a free concert of traditional Celtic music in the community room of Fallbrook Library at 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 19. They will be celebrating St. Patrick's Day with many of their fans' favorite Celtic songs.
