Center to be on Fallbrook Healthcare District property on East Alvarado
A new, extended hours urgent care facility will open in Fallbrook in early April.
Fallbrook Healthcare District has leased the building located at 617 E. Alvarado Street to well-known, 20-year Fallbrook Hospital Emergency Room physician Dr. Graydon Skeoch, and his partner, Dr. Donald Kimes, who will own and operate A+ Urgent Care at the site.
