Person takes first place in Rotary 4 Way Speech Contest

FALLBROOK – Fallbrook Village Rotary Club recently held its 2015 Rotary 4 Way Speech Contest.

First place winner was Emilee Person, who spoke about the price and value of college. Person said she is hoping to attend UCLA and become a nurse. She won a $100 prize.

Winning second place was Taylor Frazier, who spoke about animal rights and animal cruelty. Frazier has worked in an animal shelter and has strong feelings on the topic. She was awarded $75.

The third place winner was Sophia Uristogue who spoke about animal confinement at Sea World. She earned a $50 cash prize.
