FALLBROOK – Fallbrook Healthcare District is pleased to announce a program for women titled Woman of Wellness (W.O.W). Its purpose is to educate women in matters of physical, mental, and emotional health and well-being by offering a variety of monthly programs to women of all ages regarding their personal health and wellness choices. There is no cost to join or to attend.
The first W.O.W event will take place in the community room of Fallbrook Library on Thursday, April 2, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Light refreshments will be available until 6:20 with the program to begin at 6:30 p.m.
