Bark in the Park helps fund new dog park

Veronica Romero holds Minnie, a five-month-old miniature Dachshund entered in the Cutest Puppy contest at Bark in the Park.

Ashley and Lucas Demichele's dog Auzzie is the second place winner in the Best/Wackiest Trick contest. Auzzie was able to jump over a stick held high by Lucas and his Dad.

The Fallbrook Animal Sanctuary group photo show all their dogs that attended the event and are available for adoption.

Delphine Mozlowski and Eva, her Standard American Eskimo dog, proudly display their Best in Show winner's cup and blue ribbon at Bark in the Park on March 21. The event was a fundraiser for the new Live Oak Dog Park.

Debbie and Phil Forbes are the winners of a gift basket supplied by Dog Dayz of CA containing a $100 gift certificate for services along with other fun dog items. Their dog Cookie was the second place winner in the "Prettiest Female" contest and their dog Cruiser took first place in the "Most Handsome Male" contest.

Three of the Fallbrook Animal Sanctuary dogs take time to visit with each other. Monkey, Lolly and Henry are all available for adoption from the sanctuary.
