SAN DIEGO COUNTY – In gearing up for its Summer Reading programs and events, San Diego County hosted a countywide art contest with this year’s theme, Read to the Rhythm. The art contest asked residents to illustrate how they are inspired by the music and the library. The contest was a huge hit, with over 150 pieces being submitted. Prizes were awarded to the top three winners in each age group: youth, teen, and adult.
