Come “sea” what’s swimming along the Pico Promenade

FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Beautification Alliance (FBA), with the help of Save Our Forest, maintains the walking path along the Pico Promenade in downtown Fallbrook. The benches that line the path, providing a shady spot for rest or reflection, were in need of a major makeover or replacement. Earlier this year, a suggestion was made to enlist the help of student artists, and that is how this art story began.

The idea took hold with multiple goals in mind: to help young people be more involved in a positive way with the community, bring some youthful art to Fallbrook, and to remake the benches...
