Man arrested on drug charges during compliance check operation    

During the process of conducting a probation compliance check, a Fallbrook man, Cesar Murillo, 28, was found to be in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to Sheriff's Sgt. Patrick Yates.

The incident took place when deputies and detectives were conducted compliance checks on seven Fallbrook residents on April 11. When officers pulled up in front of one residence they were going to visit, Murillo was contacted out in front.
