The County of San Diego's Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) has opened its new Fallbrook Community Resource Center. Supervisor Bill Horn, HHSA staff and partners commemorated the new building at 202 W. College St., Suite 100 with a ribbon-cutting and Open House event on April 23. It houses a Family Resource Center, Child Welfare Services and Public Health Services.
