FALLBROOK – To help defray the increasing cost of a college education, the Angel Society of Fallbrook has increased its annual budget for student scholarships. In addition to its current policy of providing upwards of $15,000 in college scholarships for graduating high school seniors, funds will also be allocated for needy students enrolled in two- and four-year colleges.
