Bonsall Sponsor Group opposes Lilac Hills Ranch development, says it's "not smart growth" and "not consistent with Bonsall's General Plan"

The Bonsall Community Support Group (BCSG) voted Tuesday, May 5 to deny the current proposed plan for the Lilac Hills Ranch development. This came after clarifications of allegations of illegal activity and a discussion between board and community members who interjected their opinions throughout the meeting.

The motion denied Lilac Hills’ proposed 1,746 homes off of West Lilac Road, with BCSG vice chair Chuck Davis making the motion, stating that he felt the need to deny the project "in totality."
