Traffic accident has traffic snarled on S. Mission Rd. in Bonsall

The CHP is reporting a traffic collision at S. Mission Rd. and Old River Rd. From the report, there appears to be two vehicles involved and there is a white van in the ditch. There is little information available at this time....
