FHD announces grant awards for 2015-2016

FALLBROOK – There were 22 grant applications submitted by non-profit organizations to the Fallbrook Healthcare District in request for funding of programs and services to the people who reside within the district. The district board, in keeping with its commitment to continue the grant program that provides access to health and well-being programs and services, awarded a total of $600,000 for grant year July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016.
