CIF authorizes at-large Board of Managers, Coordinating Council members if diversity needs warrant

Concerns about the CIF San Diego Section's handling of minorities who have been disciplined by game officials or who have requested eligibility after a transfer led to the CIF Board of Managers authorizing at-large members if needed for the Board of Managers and Coordinating Council to reflect student demographics within the San Diego Section.
