County Board of Education appoints Rick Shea as new District 5 representative

SAN DIEGO - At its meeting last night, July 8, the San Diego County Board of Education appointed Encinitas resident Rick Shea as the board representative for District 5, which runs along the coast from Del Mar to Camp Pendleton and includes some inland North County areas.

Shea has lived in District 5 for more than 40 years and has dedicated his career to helping students succeed.
