The County of San Diego has adopted a Local Agency Management Program (LAMP) for on-site wastewater treatment systems.
A 4-0 San Diego County Board of Supervisors vote June 10, with Greg Cox at a California Coastal Commission reading, approved the first reading and introduction of the ordinance. A 5-0 vote June 24 approved the second reading and adoption which makes the new ordinance effective July 24.
