Here's Dr. Carson on social issues: “Ben Carson, … potential 2016 presidential candidate, isn’t backing down from his claim that allowing same-sex couples to wed will lead to acceptance of pedophilia and bestiality.” Google: Salon: Ben Carson stands by claim that gay marriage leads to pedophilia and bestiality.

Carson must not come out of his operating room very often – unless it's to listen to Fox Network. Apparently he doesn't know it, but same-sex marriage has been legal in Massachusetts for more than a decade! Has there been any clamor to legalize pedophilia or bestiality? Of course not. That “slippery-slope” argument demolished itself a long time ago.

“Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt.” (Abraham Lincoln?) Carson, to his credit, adhered to this maxim at the first GOP debate. Fortunately for him, he was soft-balled. In the next debate expect Trump, Christie, et al, to have him for lunch.
