The $11,824 appropriated Aug. 4 from the Neighborhood Reinvestment Program budget of County Supervisor Bill Horn will provide $6,154 to Support The Enlisted Project (STEP) and $5,760 to Rock Rose School for Creative Learning in Fallbrook.
