Church's cell tower plan opposed by residents

Residents near Fallbrook's "church row" are raising concerns regarding a potential cell phone tower that would be built on a church property.

The Community Baptist Church of Fallbrook, located at the intersection of Stage Coach and Reche Road, has requested a county variance to allow for the construction of a 289-square foot cell phone tower, considered a commercial project, in a rural residential-zoned neighborhood.
