Time to read the Constitution

September 17 is Constitution Day, the day the state delegates signed our Constitution in 1787.

It was written by "we the people" for our national politicians. Therefore, it is "we the people" who must enforce it. This means you need to read it. Then read our Declaration of Rights (Article l) in our California Constitution.
