Fallbrook: Man tries to break police dog's neck during pursuit

UPDATE: Monday, Oct. 5, 2015 - The suspect in this case has been identified as Felipe Cortez, 20, of Fallbrook. Cortez was arrested on charges of evading a peace officer with blatant disregard for public safety, resisting an officer, willfully harming a peace officer's canine, willfully interfering with a peace officer's canine, and driving without a valid driver' license. -- D.
