Fallbrook man killed as result of head-on collision on East Mission Road

A 77-year-old Fallbrook man has died as a result of injuries sustained in a head-on vehicle collision on Wed. afternoon, October 21, in the 2400 block of East Mission Road.

The San Diego County's Medical Examiner Office reported that Joseph Howard Crews passed away in a hospital on Monday night, October 26, after sustaining injuries that included multiple fractures in the crash.
