Petrona Alvaro leads Pledge of Allegiance at Board of Supervisors meeting

Vallecitos Elementary School fourth-grader Petrona Alvaro led the Pledge of Allegiance at the beginning of the Oct. 13 meeting of the San Diego County Board of Supervisors.

"Pretty excited," Petrona said.
