Affordable health screenings on Dec. 2 in Fallbrook

FALLBROOK – Residents living in and around the greater Fallbrook areas can learn about their risk for cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, diabetes, and other chronic, serious conditions with affordable screenings by Life Line Screening.

Screenings will be conducted on Wednesday, Dec. 2 at Community Baptist Church, 731 S. Stage Coach Lane.

The various things screenings can check for include:
