FALLBROOK – Newcore Happy Diggers, a combined activity of the Newcomers and Encore clubs, enjoyed flowers, tea and scones in Jackson Square recently. Robin Dahlson, owner of The Social Flower did a demonstration on flower arrangements, followed by teas and scones served by Elaine and Terry Lasater, owners of Tea Lane.
