Woman accused of stealing wallets, credit cards at area weddings to be arraigned today

SAN DIEGO - A woman accused of stealing from brides during wedding ceremonies in the San Diego (including Fallbrook area) and Riverside areas in recent months is scheduled to be arraigned today at the downtown courthouse.

Denise Gunderson, who sometimes has gone by the name Denise Burns, was jailed Dec. 6 in Las Vegas, where she was arrested for allegedly stealing a

wallet at a church, according to San Diego County sheriff's Detective Lisa Jenkins.
