Warriors reach finals of girls water polo Winter Classic

Fallbrook High School's girls water polo team improved its season record to 8-2 by finishing second in the Winter Classic tournament.

The Warriors' loss in the championship match followed four wins in the Dec. 14-19 tournament hosted by Valhalla High School. Fallbrook also reached the championship final of the season-opening Bronco Tournament.

"They've been doing well," said Fallbrook coach Sean Redmond.
