VFW Auxiliary presents ‘Tea with Mrs. Roosevelt’

FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook VFW Post 1924 Auxiliary will present 'Tea with Mrs. Roosevelt,' written by Sherrie Colbourn, on Saturday, May 7, at 2 p.m. at the VFW (1175 Old Stage Rd.).

The event will feature investigative reporter Lorena Hickok (played by Elaine Litton) talking to Eleanor Roosevelt (played by Annette Hubbell) in a delightful interview brimming with personal insights into the First Lady's life and family.

Delicious tea with finger sandwiches, scones, and dessert will be served. Ladies are encouraged to wear their favorite hat to the event.

Tickets are $20 each and can be obtained by calling Midge Thomas at (760) 895-4193. Proceeds from this event benefit veterans' causes.
