Two arrested in Fallbrook parole compliance check

On May 4, 2016, at 7:00 am, deputies from the San Diego Sheriff's Department conducted a compliance operation in the Fallbrook Command area. The purpose of the compliance operation is to verify parolees and probationers comply with the conditions of their release. Today's operation resulted in the arrest of twenty-four year old, Armando Flores, and twenty-four year old, Edvin Deleon.

Flores was in possession of marijuana in violation of his parole. Flores is from the Fallbrook area and is a documented gang member. His paroled offense was for 245 PC- Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Flores was booked into Vista Detention Facility on parole violation.

Deleon was in possession of narcotics in violation of his parole. He is from the Fallbrook area and is a documented gang member. Deleon was booked into Vista Detention Facility for parole violation.
