FALLBROOK – The five Fallbrook philanthropic educational organization (PEO) chapters of the Santa Margarita Reciprocity Bureau (SMRB) recently had their spring social at the Pala Mesa Golf Resort.
The program, hosted by Chapter WM, was presented by Lynn Sheffer and was a tribute to the military.
Sheffer arranged to have four Marines attend, and they spoke to the group about their experiences away from their homes and families and how Sheffer helps them.
