Former USD basketball star sentenced for thefts at Camp Pendleton

SAN DIEGO – A one-time University of San Diego basketball star was sentenced Monday to 90 days of house arrest and three years' probation for thefts she committed at Camp Pendleton to fund her gambling addiction, including stealing thousands of dollars worth of cash wedding gifts from a just-married couple.
