Local real estate market is in full swing

FALLBROOK – When Kim Carlson and Ken Follis were asked about what is happening in the real estate market, their responses were quite positive. Some of the many factors for the current market conditions revolved around the low interest rates, plentiful buyers in the market place, and the fact that this area is gaining in popularity as a desired destination for all categories of home buyers.
