No additional review needed for E. Fallbrook Street lot split

The county's Zoning Administrator found that a proposed lot split in the 1000 block of East Fallbrook Street will not require additional California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review.

The May 26 decision of Zoning Administrator Joe Farace does not approve or deny the proposed subdivision of a 2.69-acre parcel into four new parcels along with a remainder parcel.
