FALLBROOK – Fallbrook Newcomers Club gave a tribute to their outgoing president, Vicky Okelly, at their last meeting for this year. The current board led the members in singing "When Vicky's Eyes Are Smiling", a rendition of "When Irish Eyes Are Smiling" to Okelly who is Irish and presented her with gifts which included a special personalized gourd.
They also held a luncheon at Brothers Bistro to honor their 11 graduating members who will be flying up to their sister club, the Fallbrook Encore Club. Each graduate was given a parting gift of a scarf that just happened to match what each one was...
