Jack Ragland wins large juried art competition at SD County Fair

Jack Ragland stands beside “Portofino Reflections,” his piece that won an award in the large juried art competition, which opened with the San Diego County Fair. In the Small Image competition on June 9, Ragland received an honorable mention. On June 23, he received a third place in the Plein Air Competition. All the winning works will be on display until the fair closes.
