Free Spirits quilters exhibit work in Vista

VISTA – The Free Spirits, an art quilt group that was formed in 2003, will be exhibiting at Rancho Buena Vista Adobe in Vista, July 6 through July 30.

The artists will have a reception on Thursday, July 21 from 1 to 3 p.m. All are invited to stop by, meet them and ask questions about their techniques and material usage.

This year they have each produced a series that they call "Full Bloom". Each artist has used individual inspirations for this challenge and they have quite a variety of quilts.
