Fallbrook Latino Heritage Foundation to host cultural festival Sept. 17

Fallbrook’s history is about to gain a few shades of color, thanks to the Fallbrook Latino Heritage Foundation (FLHF). While the Fallbrook Historical Society has worked tirelessly to gather as much information as possible about the community’s foundation, stories from several groups, such as Latinos and Native Americans, were not fully represented in the historical information gathered.
