School board candidate Shea puts children first

There are many local races that are very important to us, such as the race for the San Diego County School Board. Rick Shea is a candidate in the upcoming November election.

He currently serves as vice-president of our County Board of Education and has done an outstanding job during his tenure on the County Board.
