Concerts, hula lessons and Winterfest offered at the library

FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Library will host several free events in December, including concerts, the inaugural Winterfest celebration, and dance instructions. - Thursday, Dec. 1, 6 p.m. – Family Holiday Surprise Movie Night.
