Board of Supervisors proclamation honors Fallbrook teacher Schwenke

The proclamations session of the Dec. 13 San Diego County Board of Supervisors meeting honored Fallbrook Street School kindergarten teacher Amy Schwenke for her 2016 San Diego County Teacher of the Year recognition.

"It's just awesome," said Schwenke. "It's very special to be recognized for all the amazing work that the San Diego County teachers do. I'm honored to represent Fallbrook and the hard work of my colleagues and my students who may be giving proclamations themselves one day."
