Roy Edwin Glasgow

Roy Edwin Glasgow went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, February 11, 2017.

Roy was born on November 18, 1927 in Plainfield, Ill. He enlisted in the Navy in November 1945 where he attended basic training in San Diego, Calif. He served on the USS Comstock and the USS Sphinx. He was honorably discharged on October 11, 1947. The very same day he and his wife Charlotte, of 69 years, eloped to Lake Tahoe.

They made their first home in Long Beach, Calif. where he and Charlotte worked at the phone company. Their first child, Janet, was in born in 1949. Then, moving to Placervil...
