Painting of a tango wins first place

Jack Ragland stands beside his painting "Tango Corte" which was awarded first place at the Temecula Valley Art League on March 21. The dancers, musicians and spectators were recreated studies inspired by an Argentine Milonga he and his wife, Marilee, attended in Buenos Aires.
