Cardenas awarded Democratic Club scholarship

Fallbrook High School graduate Carol Cardenas receives the Fallbrook Democratic Club Joe Crews scholarship of $500 from club president Tom Frew, July 6. Cardenas wrote her winning essay on Democratic Values. She will be attending UC Santa Barbara in the fall.
