Fallbrook Pop Warner teams saluted

FALLBROOK – Fallbrook High School welcomed the Fallbrook Pop Warner (FPW) teams onto the field at halftime of its Sept. 8 game at Fallbrook Stadium.

The teams walked down from the home team seating area and entered the field through a tunnel formed by high school cheerleaders. The young athletes were all smiles, charging onto the field where the "big kids" play.

FPW players stood on the 50-yard line as the announcer introduced the separate teams and each received a warm round of applause. The players also lined up to high five the high school football players as they exited the field.
