Here is a tip... By now before values double! Southwest Fallbrook and Bonsall have been a bargain for a long time and when discovered I believe values will explode. It is more beautiful than Rancho Santa Fe and is minus the hoopla. It is slowly becoming wine country and with the 76 completed access is greatly improved. The weather is phenomenal, the views are incredible and there is excellent shopping in every direction.
